I've logged in and done all registration requirements. Web site appears to be working properly... except I cannot see the live chat page. All I get is is an unloaded item icon in the corner of a vast empty space.
Need help correcting this.... blocked item? bad java program? windows problem?

You have to accept the License of the Java Applet and enable the Applet to go through your firewall (if enabled).
If it still doesnt load, then you have to install a Java platform on your PC

I had a hunch it might be the java, installed one b4 and it didn't work...
But you said the keyword java platform! yeah thanks man its working great now
