I'm actually learning about this, and I was mainly wondering why are DcloneIRC and xxx top IPs adresses not the same? xx are the 3 highest but DcloneIRC's ones are .52 --- .144 --- .173.

Probably a dumb question but well I'd like to know lol

Blizzard doesn't report the exact status of sales and walks for their servers. This means that all information must be reported by the users themselves (or programs those users are running).  Therefore often counts and walks get missed, and hence the data will appear different from different sources.
