Hey I got this while I try to connect to the irc these days

Closing Link: cC[cm218-252-1-52.hkcable.com.hk] (User has been banned from DCloneIRC (Blacklisted Proxy found. Visit http://rbl.efnetrbl....?i=218.252.1.52 for info.))

I am not behind a proxy. And I was able to connect o irc beforehand.

Could  you plz help unban me?
