A G-Rush is when you get a character all the way thru hell diffaculty, without meeting the requirement levels for the Ancients.

The way you do this, is to find someone with a character that is the appropriate level, and still needs to kill baal on that diffaculty.

Then you have the low level character stay in town, but still partied with everyone else while the baal quest is completed.

As long as one person in the party gets the baal quest... then everyone does

This method also works for any quest, so say you are rushing a full game worth of mules, then only one mule has to be at the boss to see it die, and all will complete the quest.
