ok so one day in on irc no problem then the next day it says im perm baned? for bot dection whatever that is. I am(mby was now) an game op in uberlvl screen name is r222 can any1 help me out with this at all?

i just tried to connect to the server first time ever and received:

You are permanently banned from DCloneIRC (bot detection)

What's this all about?

I've got a similar error, it looks like this:

[14:22:29 22 07 2007] *** -dtp.dcloneirc.net- *** You are permanently banned from DCloneIRC (Hunterz's ISP Block, Boston MA Verizon ...)
[14:22:29 22 07 2007] *** Error: Closing Link: zdd[pool-72-74-98-144.bstnma.east.verizon.net] (User has been permanently banned from DCloneIRC (Hunterz's ISP Block, Boston MA Verizon ...))

It looks like verizon is banned from connecting to dcloneirc?
