do more kills give u a better chance of getting good stats when you level?

i've been wondering about that as well. seems like the amount of hp, str, and exp for next lvl u get per lvl is variable. be nice to know if it's random or can be improved by strategy.

I have noticed a slight difference but it may just be wishful thinking. Lol. I'm not sure if it makes a difference or if its random but I agree that it would be nice to find out which it is. I also noticed that attacking Bob seems to bring me lots of joy... Especially when I level from his death. 
Wonder if that, too, is random. lol
